About Workshop:Workshop’s aim is to provide detailed hands-on experience of ns-3 for real data and highlight its scope for research in Ad-hoc Networks. Workshop encourages the development of new protocol, simulation models for infrastructure based networks, setting up topologies; integrate real maps with different traffic simulation tools. ns-3 can be used as a real time network emulator and having predefined modules to work with different network tools.
About Resource Person: Dr. Mohit P. Tahiliani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of CSE at NITK, Surathkal. He has delivered more than 250 national & International Invited Talks, mainly on Congestion control and AQM mechanisms for the Next Generation Internet, Protocol Engineering and Design, Challenges in Data Center Networking, ns-2, and ns-3.
