Call For Papers

Every day brings news of yet another major cyber breach. From TalkTalk to Tesco Bank businesses are being attacked as never before. Cyber vigilance and foresight is clearly more important than ever. In June 2016 Computer Weekly reported that; "UK businesses reported losses of £1,079,447,765 in the past year, according to figures released by Get Safe Online and the UK's national fraud and cyber-crime reporting centre Action Fraud." – This is a 22% increase on the previous year, and all the signs are that the situation is set to deteriorate further. Our dependence on websites, mobile technology, ITC platforms and electronic money transfer systems means that each of us are vulnerable to those intent on causing disruption, criminality and reputational damage. Understanding what steps we need to take can increase resilience, peace of mind as well as protect our business and reputation.
