2019 ICACIT Symposium is the most important event on engineering accreditation in Latin America, 5th edition will be held in the Imperial city of Cusco in Peru. 5th Symposium ICACIT is a space to share works and experiences in continuous improvement of the educational quality, accreditation and education of the areas in computing, engineering and engineering technology, with participation of academy, industry and government professionals involved in the education of engineers.

ICACIT is the accrediting agency specialized in computing, engineering and engineering technology programs, the agency has fifteen years promoting the continuous improvement of educational quality in higher education institutions in Peru, it is the first and only signatory member agency of the Washington Accord, plus member of the Sydney and Lima accord.
