* It is allowed to submit maximum two (2) papers per person
There is no correspondence participation. «No-show» papers will not be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library, as well as other Abstracting and Indexing databases.
Peer-reviewing process Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and rated by at least three scholars. Papers with highest scores will be suggested to expand in order to be published as a book by Springer Science+Business Media publishing company.

Foreign participants 120 Euro (IEEE member) and 150 Euro (Non-IEEE member)
Ukrainian participants 500 UAH (IEEE member) and 600 UAH (Non-IEEE member)
PhD students (single author) Free(IEEE member) and 60 Euro (Non-IEEE member)
