Call For Papers

ENCATC, the European network on cultural management and policy, is accepting submissions to the Open Call for the 2018 Education and Research Session to be held on 28 September in Bucharest, Romania during the 2018 ENCATC Congress “Beyond EYCH2018. What is the cultural horizon? Opening up perspectives to face ongoing transformations” (26-29 September 2018).

Now until 5 June 2018, the Open Call welcomes submissions on themes related to the main topic of the Congress, “Beyond EYCH2018. What is the cultural horizon? Opening up perspectives to face ongoing transformations” or from any relevant discipline, provided they make an original academic and professional contribution to the study and practice of cultural management and cultural policy. There are three types of submissions in the call, each with its own online form:

1. Submit an abstract with the aim to present your latest in cultural management and cultural policy research. All accepted papers will be published in an electronic book of proceedings (with ISBN) which will be published for the Congress. The electronic book of proceedings may include papers in English and French.

2. Submit a proposal for the Poster Exhibition to present a research, practical or pedagogical project within cultural management and policy and with a connection to the main theme of the Congress.

3. Submit a proposal for a Teaching Demonstration to provide innovative teaching methods and pedagogical tools to be applied within cultural management and policy.
