Papers are invited on any aspect of intelligent systems, modelling and simulation to be presented at ISMS2011, day-1 on Monday 24 January in Kuala Lumpur and days 2 and 3 on Thursday and Friday 27 and 28 January in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Accepted and presented papers will be published by the IEEE Conference Publication Service, CPS, and will appear in Computer Society Digital Library for unparalleled worldwide presence. Selected papers will be considered for publication in the International Journal of Simulation: Systems, Science & Technology, IJSSST.
