FLINS 2024 is the sixteenth in a series of conferences on applied computational intelligence. The principal mission of FLINS is bridging the gap between machine intelligence and real complex systems via joint research between Universities and international research institutions, by encouraging interdisciplinary research and bringing multi-discipline researchers together. The conference will be held in Madrid, Spain July 16-21, 2024.
https://eventos.ucm.es/96182/detail/flins-iske-2024.html Recommender systems have become a very important research field nowadays, regarding the difficult of online users for finding the information items that best fit the information items that best fits their preferences and needs in the worldwide search space overloaded with possible options. This special session aims to present recent recommender systems models and applications developed with the support of computational intelligence tools. Potential topics (but not limited) to be covered include: -Recommender systems supported by deep learning tools. -Recommender systems supported by fuzzy tools. -Sequential recommender systems. -Social recommender systems. -Explainability and fairness in recommender systems. -Recommender systems supported by multi-criteria decision making. -Group recommender systems. -Data preprocessing and noise management in recommender systems. -Novel recommender systems applications in traditional and emerging domains. The following paper categories are welcome: -Full paper: written in English language of 6 (min) to 8 (max) pages by December 31 2023. -Abstract only submission: 1 page abstract only (written in English language) by February 16, 2024. Templates and Submission method Word and LaTeX templates can be downloaded at World Scientific Templates (https://www.worldscientific.com/page/authors/proceedings-stylefiles) (please, use the trim size 9"x6" version). Full papers must have from 6 (minimum) to 8 pages (maximum) including references. Submissions can be made though Easychair: EasyChair link for FLINS-ISKE 2024 (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=flinsiske2024) (specify in EasyChair the track “7. Recommender Systems Supported by Computational Intelligence: Emerging Topics and Applications”). Immediately before the manuscript uploading you will be able to select the type of contribution Full paper or Abstract only. |
