The Fourth Cyber Awareness and Research Symposium (CARS) will be held on October 28-29, 2024 at the University of North Dakota. CARS is jointly hosted by UND’s Center for Cyber Security Research (C2SR), IEEE Region 4 and IEEE Red River Valley Section. This is a hybrid international conference bringing together cyber security experts, researchers, and practitioners across the world. The mission of CARS 2024 is to enable the audience to be informed about cutting-edge research and advancements related to cyber security topics as well as cyber awareness perspective.

In order for your paper to be published in the 2024 IEEE CARS Conference Proceedings and to qualify for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®, at least one of the authors of an accepted paper must complete registration for the conference at the FULL (member or non-member) rate.

Tracks:
The CARS organizing committee is seeking individuals or groups who would like to present a workshop on October 29. The committee is open to a broad spectrum of workshop content relevant to cyber security and awareness. The length of the workshops will be around 60-90 minutes.
