About ICID-2025:

ICID-2025 serves as a global platform to foster open innovation and collaboration between academia and industry. This year’s conference will focus on the practical deployment and adoption of Information Systems, with special emphasis on AI in education and sustainability, alongside a wide range of related topics.

We are excited to welcome over 100 participants from across the globe, including the Americas, Europe, Central Asia, and the Asia-Pacific region. The conference aims to facilitate knowledge-sharing, networking, and collaboration opportunities that drive innovation and digital transformation.

Submission Process:

The conference follows a two-step submission process:

1. Abstract Submission: Prior to the conference date.
2. Full Paper Submission: After the conference.

All submissions will undergo a blind peer-review process by the program committee. Accepted abstracts will be presented at the conference, and selected papers will be published and indexed by SCOPUS. Registration fee is free of charge.

Important Dates:

- Abstract Submission Deadline: March 15, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: March 28, 2025
- Post-Proceedings Paper Submission Deadline: June 10, 2025
- Notification of Article Acceptance: June 30, 2025
- Camera-Ready Papers Due: August 15, 2025

Participation Details:

ICID-2025 will be held in a hybrid format, allowing both online and on-site participation. Participation is free; however, attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses for on-site participation. Detailed logistics will be shared with registered participants.
