📣 Call for Papers
Our 22nd Annual International Virtual Conference on the Dialogue between Science and Theology is now open: DIALOGO-CONF 2025 AIVCD “Timeless Truths and Modern Dilemmas: Bridging Sacred and Secular” 🗓 November 3 – 13, 2025 💻 Hosted online | Open to global participation "Change is never easy, but always possible." – Barack Obama 🔹 Conference Overview In an era marked by cultural upheaval, technological acceleration, and moral ambiguity, DIALOGO-CONF 2025 invites scholars, researchers, and thinkers from around the world to explore the evolving relationship between science and theology. Under the theme “Timeless Truths and Modern Dilemmas”, we seek to navigate the tensions between sacred wisdom and secular frameworks, and to chart new paths for interdisciplinary understanding. DIALOGO is more than a conference — it is a cartography of contrasts, where a neuroscientist might engage a mystic, a philosopher converse with a theologian, or an economist challenge a prophet. Together, we will explore how timeless truths can be reinterpreted—or reimagined—within today’s dilemmas, and how science and theology can enrich one another in the pursuit of meaning, truth, and ethical insight. 🎯 Aims & Scope DIALOGO-CONF 2025 explores how enduring sacred truths confront—and are transformed by—rapid scientific, technological, and cultural change. We invite critical reflection on how theology, spirituality, and religious traditions engage with emerging paradigms such as transhumanism, artificial intelligence, robotics, digital hyperconnectivity, and algorithmic life. Key goals include: • Re-examining theological foundations in light of scientific rationality and post-secular worldviews. • Investigating ethical and existential dilemmas brought by secularization, technologization, and digital dependency. • Encouraging dialogue between empirical research and sacred wisdom to navigate today’s complex moral terrain. • Exploring how spirituality can respond to the promises and perils of a hyper-technological, post-human future. We seek contributions that bridge science and theology, challenge inherited assumptions, and propose new paths for meaning in an era shaped by screens, code, and soul-searching. 🧭 Conference Tracks & Panels (2025) Submissions must align with one of the following 15 curated thematic sections: 1.
