We are excited to announce that the 2nd Global Cleaner Production Conference (GCPC) will take place from 26-29 October 2026 in Melia Sitges, Spain.
The pressures on natural systems are intensifying, driven by industrial practices and consumption models that exceed environmental limits. Cleaner production offers a strategic pathway to minimize environmental impact while promoting efficiency, innovation, and circularity across sectors. Achieving this transformation requires a global effort—bringing together policymakers, researchers, industry, and society—to rethink production processes and evolve toward models that support long-term ecological balance and social well-being. With engaging plenary sessions, interactive workshops, and insightful editorial panel discussions, the 2nd GCPC promises an enriching experience for all participants! Conference Topics Oral and poster abstracts are invited on the following topics and should be submitted using the online abstract submission system: https://www.elsevier.com/en-gb/events/conferences/all/global-cleaner-production-conference/participate Deadline: 24 April 2026 The topics of the conference are addressed in different sessions, focusing on the following key areas. 1.
