Scope and Objectives

The International Conference on Innovative Computing (IC conference) provides an open forum for sharing and discussing state-of-the-art results in all aspects of computer science and engineering. This conference brings together researchers, engineers, and practitioners from academia and industry to share cutting-edge developments.

IC2026 will be held in Penang, Malaysia, on January 18–22, 2026. Special sessions on various subjects related to artificial intelligence, soft computing, intelligent systems, perception, cognitive science, psychology, data analysis, and IoT are welcome. Individual submissions in the following areas are also invited.

Regular Paper Submission Guidelines

An electronic version of the full paper (4–6 pages; please use the Springer style files for conference proceedings as a template for your submission, available in both LaTeX and Word formats), completed with author affiliations, should be submitted through the official site.

All accepted papers will be published in Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE), Springer (indexed by ISI Proceedings, EI, SCOPUS, MetaPress, Web of Science, and SpringerLink).

Selected papers will be recommended for post-conference publication in Science Citation Index Expanded, EI, or Scopus journals.
