Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit full papers (at least 10 pages) through the HotCRP system at: https://notso.easyscience.education/cssesw/2025/ by October 12, 2025.

Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two Program Committee members based on technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity. If necessary, a third reviewer will be involved. The Program Committee will use these reviews to determine acceptance for presentation at the workshop. Results and reviewer comments will be emailed to authors.

Accepted papers will be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication. CEUR-WS.org reserves the right to reject proceedings if any papers are deemed inappropriate.

Primary Requirements

- Submissions must be correct and sound; original (not published elsewhere or under simultaneous consideration); presented at the workshop (at least one author must attend); and strictly aligned with the workshop scope.
- Authors using language models (LLMs) for idea generation or drafting must disclose usage per CEUR-WS ethical rules (https://ceur-ws.org/GenAI/Policy.html), documenting it in the Methods or Acknowledgements section. Authors bear full responsibility for the content.
- Citations must add value, be unbiased, and avoid manipulation. Editors may exclude excessive citations.
- Disclose potential conflicts of interest in the acknowledgements.
- Adhere to COPE publication ethics (https://publicationethics.org/): no salami-publishing, data fabrication, plagiarism; obtain co-author consent; ensure sufficient contributions from all authors.
