2). Language: English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
3). Submission Types
* Abstract submission for presentation only without publication.
* Full paper submission for both presentation and publication.
4). Paper Length: Each full paper should be no less than four full pages, including all figures, tables, and references. If the length of the full paper exceeds six pages, the cost of each extra page is 60 USD / 400 RMB / page.

Hangzhou Dianzi University (HDU) is a research and teaching-oriented university with prominent features in electronic information and distinctive advantages in economics and management. It is characterized by the interdisciplinary integration of engineering, science, economics, management, liberal arts, law, and art. Established in 1956, the university was initially named Hangzhou Aviation Industry Finance and Economics School. In 1980, it was approved by the State Council to establish Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Engineering. In 2004, it was renamed Hangzhou Dianzi University.
In 2015, HDU was listed as a key university for construction in Zhejiang Province. HDU adheres to its roots in Zhejiang, relies on industry sectors, faces the world and serves society. It upholds the fine tradition of unity, diligence, truth-seeking, and innovation and promotes the school spirit embodied in its motto, diligent in study, resolute in action, upright and innovative, forming a distinctive educational characteristic.
