The Geometric Modeling and Processing (GMP) conference series is known
as one of the leading venue on geometric modeling, simulation, and
computing. It is hosted annually in Asia, Europe, and North America.

The novel GMP outreach conference series (GMP-X) aims to bridge the gap
between the international and local research communities in countries
that are often underrepresented internationally by offering an
eXtraordinary eXperience in eXciting places.

Bringing together leading experts, emerging scholars, and students, the
event will foster collaboration and the exchange of knowledge and
provide a dynamic platform for sharing innovative ideas, methodologies,
and applications in geometric modeling and processing, as well as in
applied mathematics more broadly.

**Submission**

GMP-X 2026 has 3 submission tracks, tailored to different preferences:

(1) Contributed Talks (based on submission of title and abstract)
(2) Short Papers (4-6 pages; best submissions will be invited for
full paper submission to a special issue in the CAGD journal)
(3) Posters (based on submission of an extended abstract, 1 page)

In particular, we invite submissions on topics including, but not
limited, to:

● Numerical and Applied Mathematics
● Computational Engineering
● Computer Graphics
● Computational Geometry
● Geometry Processing
● Computer Vision
● Geometric Deep Learning
● Related disciplines intersecting with geometric methods
● Applications of geometric approaches

The official language of the conference is English and all submissions

**Publications**

The conference proceedings will be electronic and contain the accepted
short papers and the extended abstracts of accepted posters. Moreover,
authors of selected short papers will be invited to submit an extended
version to a special issue of the journal Computer Aided Geometric
Design (CAGD, Elsevier).
