Introduction ============ The 4th International Conference on Software Engineering and Machine Learning (CONF-SEML 2026) is a leading conference on software engineering and machine learning. CONF-SEML 2026 is open to international participants. It provides an excellent opportunity for scholars interested in artificial intelligence and information technology to share their findings and achievements, thus promoting communication and cooperation. The goal of this conference is to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to highlight the importance of computing and data science as well as establish new collaborations in these areas. The conference looks for significant contributions to machine learning and computer applications in theoretical and practical aspects. Publication =========== Accepted papers of CONF-SEML 2026 will be published in Applied and Computational Engineering (EWA Publishing), ISSN: 2755-273X OR Procedia Computer Science (Elsevier), ISSN: 1877-0509 according to the research field, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), Crossref, Portico, Inspec, Google Scholar, CNKI and other databases for indexing. The indexing result will be determined by the conference proceedings in which the paper is included.
