ICISET 2026 is the 5th edition of this premier hybrid conference hosted by the Namibia
University of Science and Technology (NUST), Windhoek, Namibia. It brings together researchers, academics, and industry professionals working at the intersection of Information Systems and Emerging Technologies. Accepted full papers will be considered for publication in the Springer ACSAR Series — Advances in Computer Science Applications and Research. Topics include: Green AI & Machine Learning, Ethical and Responsible AI, AI in Healthcare, Cybersecurity, Digital Inclusion, Data Governance, Smart Education and Learning Analytics, Sustainable Finance and Fintech, Resilient Infrastructure, Intelligent Transportation, Telecommunication and Smart Grids, and more. ICISET 2026 invites researchers, academics, practitioners, and industry professionals to submit original and unpublished work that advances knowledge in Information Systems and Emerging Technologies. We particularly welcome contributions that engage with the themes of sustainability, inclusion, and responsible innovation. Conference Mode- Hybrid Peer Review All full paper submissions will be subject to rigorous double-blind peer review by a panel of international experts. Publication Accepted full papers will be considered for publication in the Springer ACSAR Series – Advances in Computer Science Applications and Research, subject to acceptance and approval by Springer. High quality papers not accepted for the ACSAR series will be published in the ICISET 2026 Online Proceedings, ensuring that all high quality work presented at the conference receives formal recognition and a public platform.
