Title: Call for Papers: Special Issue on "Applied Artificial Intelligence for Control Systems"

About the Special Issue:

The primary objective of this Special Issue is to address and bridge the gap between theoretical artificial intelligence architectures and their practical, real-time implementation within control systems. We seek innovative research that transitions away from heavy, centralized frameworks and moves toward agile, deployable, and interpretable control mechanisms specifically designed for Industry 4.0 and future smart applications.

We invite the scientific community to submit original research articles and comprehensive reviews that focus on practical, AI-driven solutions for modern control challenges.

Topics of Interest include, but are not limited to:

- Data optimization techniques

- Applied Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures

- Hybrid and interpretable control mechanisms

- Edge AI and computational efficiency in control

- Interdisciplinary and industrial applications
