Panel discussions will be held on emerging topics to allow for a lively exchange of ideas thus complementing the technical program. Manuscript Submission Authors are invited to submit full papers by electronic submission. IEEE format should be followed strictly. All paper submissions will be blind peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions and readability. Accepted papers MUST be presented at the conference by one of the authors, or, if none of the authors are able to attend, by a qualified surrogate. Failure to register for the conference will result in automatic withdrawal of your paper from the program. For more details, refer the conference web site.
