Paper Submission and Publication

MSN 2017 is using EasyChair for submission and registration. Authors need to submit their papers to the EDAS system. Once accepted, the paper will be included into the IEEE conference proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society Press (indexed by EI). Authors (at least one) of any accepted paper are requested to register at the conference. Selected papers of particular merit will be recommended for consideration of fast track publication in special issues of SCI-indexed journals.

This conference will take place at Beijing Institute of Technology in Beijing this year. Beijing is the center of politics, culture, tourism and international exchanges in China. It served as the capital of China with a history of more than 700 years, since Yuan Dynasty.
