Invitation to PSYCO 2010: The organizing committee of PSYCO 2010 extends a
cordial invitation to you to come to Antalya to meet renowned scholars and
practitioners from all over the world, at a place that is reputed to be one of the
most attractive cities of the Mediterranean.
Meeting Scope and Objectives: A major goal of the workshop is to bring
together researchers and educators and to gain some general and unified
perspectives in the studying of periodic systems. The scope of the workshop will
cover all areas of periodic systems theory and applications, controlled periodic
systems, feedback design to achieve a periodic system, repetitive control, learning
control, modeling and signal processing of periodic phenomena as well as all areas
of applications to science and engineering.
Topics: The scope of the conference will cover but is not limited to:
 Periodic control analysis and design
 Stability and instability of periodic systems
 Learning and repetitive control
 Discrete-time and sampled-data systems
 Multi-rate and hybrid systems
 Control of oscillations
 Time-series of periodic signals
 Complex dynamics and control of time-varying systems and networks
 Applications of periodic systems in control of motion, communication,
power, bio-medical, bio-chemical, bio-informatics and other engineering
and science fields
Paper submission: Prospective participants are invited to electronically submit
the full version of their work (in PDF file), following the instructions available on
the Conference web site. Accepted papers will be published in a proceedings
volume that will be available at the time of the conference. Some papers will be
selected for publication in focused sections of learned journals. Further information

Social Events: A major goal of PSYCO 2010 is to be a catalyst for the
establishment of collaborative research activities and long-lasting friendships
among the control community. With this purpose in mind, social events and tours
will be organized to bring the participants closer. One particular event will be the 3
days long post conference tour that will start from Antalya and end in Istanbul,
visiting Konya (the home of Whirling Derrvishes), Cappadocia and some other
spots that are not on the usual tourist tracks.
