The 7th Quality Conference in the Middle East to be held at Atlantis, the Palm in Dubai from the 3rd – 5th of March, 2014 under the umbrella of the HBMeU 2014 Congress.
In the relentless, head-snapping global competition, standing still is the quickest way to slip back; achieving excellence is only the beginning of a never ending journey. Sustaining excellence has become essential today as it will be even more so in the future due to fundamental changes in the world’s economy. This year’s theme is “Towards a Sustainable Excellence: Leading a Successful Transformation”. Organizations have to excel over the long run and utilize creativity and innovation in order to add value for internal and external stakeholders by understanding, anticipating, fulfilling, and exceeding their needs and expectations and produce a lasting prosperity that preserves natural resources for future generations to come. Excellence must be resilient and sustainable; maintaining and sustaining excellence is a lot more challenging than achieving it. Therefore, this conference will shed light into techniques and practices that will help organizations in their quest to attain and sustain market leadership. In line with the above theme, the Conference Scientific Committee is seeking contributions from scholars as well as professionals on all aspects and dimensions of sustainable excellence, in the form of full papers, case studies, poster presentations, and extended abstracts.
