The 2021 17th International Conference on Natural Computation, Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (ICNC-FSKD 2021) will be held from 24-26 July 2021 in Guiyang, China. Guiyang is the capital of Guizhou province in the southwest of China. Surrounded by mountains and forests, Guiyang is a popular summer resort destination with a mild climate. Guiyang is home to more than 30 minority ethnic groups, including Miao, Buyi, Dong and Hui, with unique folk culture and traditions. Qingyan Ancient Town retains the buildings of the Ming and Qing dynasties, with minority ethnic villages. Tianhe Lake Scenic Area boasts mountains, rivers, karst caves, waterfalls, natural stone bridges, valleys and places of historical interest. Jiaxiu Tower, also called the First Scholar's Tower, inspired a great number of writers and celebrities in the past. Huangguoshu is rated as "the most beautiful place in China" by China National Geographic. Fanjing Mountain in Guizhou is known as "Buddhist Holy Land" and "Fantian Pure Land".
As with the past ICNC-FSKD conferences, all papers in conference proceedings will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, and ISTP (ISI Proceedings). Extended versions of selected best papers will appear in SCIE-indexed and Ei-indexed international journals. ICNC-FSKD 2021 proceedings will be published in the Springer Series "Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing" (pending). ICNC-FSKD is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the art of data mining and intelligent methods inspired from nature, particularly biological, linguistic, and physical systems, with applications to computers, circuits, systems, control, communications, and more. This is an exciting and emerging interdisciplinary area in which a wide range of theory and methodologies are being investigated and developed to tackle complex and challenging problems. The registration fee includes proceedings, lunches, dinners, banquet, coffee breaks, and all technical sessions. Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. Authors should use the Latex style files or MS-Word templates obtained from the conference site to format their papers. Authors should submit PDF files of their manuscripts via the online submission system. Submissions imply that the papers have not been submitted elsewhere and will not be submitted elsewhere for publications before the review decisions of this conference.
