Aims and Scope:

Journal Proceedings in Manufacturing Systems is an international journal having the roots in the first machine tools conference founded in 1974 by the Machine Tools Department of the University "Politehnica" of Bucharest.

The main objectives of the journal are to provide an international forum for exchanging knowledge, experience, results and information related to various aspects of the advanced manufacturing systems. The journal offers a unique opportunity for experts in this domain to share their experience.

Occasionally, special issues of the journal may be devoted to publication of all, or selected papers presented at international conferences or other scientific meetings. However, all papers intended for such an issue are subjected to the usual reviewing and acceptance procedure.
