Call for Presentations

The Italian Workshop on Embedded Systems (IWES) is an annual workshop on embedded systems that for 7 years has provided an overview of innovative solutions in the sector at national level.
The purpose of the IWES conference is to create a forum, in which researchers/research groups, which are involved in the study of Embedded Systems, can present the results of their work, exchange ideas, and interact with other national groups. IWES aims to facilitate links between Academy and Industry, providing a place where companies involved in the Embedded Systems business can show their current technical challenges and strategic interests.

Type of Contributions
IWES welcomes authors from academia and industry to submit proposals for presentations. Different types of presentations are solicited:
Introduction of groups from scientific institutions active in research on Embedded Systems, presenting their research lines to the audience.
Introduction of companies involved in the Embedded Systems business, presenting their strategic interests, research lines and business challenges to the audience.
Technical presentations on all aspects of design, implementation and analysis of Embedded Systems.

Authors of selected workshop contributions will be invited to contribute to the Real-Time Embedded Systems Applications special section on Real-Time Systems by Springer.
