The International Symposium on Programming and Systems ( ISPS-11) held biannualy in odd-numbered years started since 1991 in response to the growing interaction between computer science fields under the areas (but not limited) :

(1) Systems, Networks and Security,
(2) Formal Programming and Systems
(3) Web Technologies.

The tenth edition of ISPS is organized this year conjointly by the computer science Department of the Electronic and Computer Science Faculty of the Houari Boumediene Scientific and Technology University and the LiSSi laboratory of University of Paris-Est (UPEC,France).

Sessions will include tutorials in addition to presentations on new research results. Papers describing original work are invited in any of the computers and communications areas described in the call for papers will be considered.
Accepted papers will be published in Proceedings of ISPS 2011. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance, and originality. Best Paper Award and Best Simulation Paper Award will be presented.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted by Electronic Submission System . All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Formatting your Paper for Submission
Please be sure your paper is formatted properly for submission. In particular, please note the following format requirements: Your submission must be in PDF format.

Your submission must be correctly formatted to fit on "A4" size paper. Paper submissions for papers must be limited to 10 pages including text, figures, references, and appendices.All papers will be reviewed by three reviewers.
