AI-IoT 2025 – The 1st International Workshop on AI-Driven Smart IoT: Innovations, Challenges & Future Directions Co-located with Cyber-AI 2025 1–4 September 2025 — Varna, Bulgaria CyberAI Conference Aim & Scope The rapid convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) is reshaping industries, smart cities, and next-generation cyber-physical systems. AI-IoT 2025 provides a focused venue for researchers, practitioners, and visionaries to share cutting-edge results, open research challenges, and forward-looking ideas on how AI can make IoT systems more intelligent, autonomous, secure, and sustainable. Submissions presenting original research, visionary concepts, system prototypes, datasets or survey results are all welcome. Topics of Interest (include, but are not limited to) CyberAI Conference AI-enabled IoT architectures, frameworks & middleware Machine- & deep-learning models for IoT sensing, actuation and control Edge AI, on-device learning & distributed intelligence Security, privacy & trust in AI-powered IoT (incl. FL, blockchain) Federated, split & continual learning for resource-constrained IoT Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and digital twins for smart environments Predictive maintenance, anomaly & intrusion detection in IoT fleets Smart-city, smart-health, industrial & energy-efficient IoT applications Real-time data analytics & decision-making across cloud/edge continuums Ethical, regulatory and societal aspects of AI-driven IoT solutions Submission Guidelines CyberAI Conference Requirement Details Paper length 6–8 pages (main text). Up to 2 extra pages references-only allowed. Template IEEE A4 conference template (Word/LaTeX/Overleaf). Format PDF, no page numbers or headers/footers. English (US or UK). Originality Submissions must report unpublished work not under review elsewhere and must follow IEEE plagiarism policy. All accepted, registered and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore as part of the Cyber-AI 2025 proceedings.
