International Workshop on Applications of Graph Theory in Ubiquitous Network
AGUN2010
http://agun2010.guet.edu.cn/

Objectives and Themes

It is well known that Graph theory has solved many on traditional network problems such as connectivity, routing, testing and topology discovering. However, these algorithms on network are challenged by the progress of mobility network, especially on Ubiquitous Network due to the problems of random access, node mobility and communication delay etc. The purpose of this workshop is to explore development and current/future challenges in the area of Ubiquitous Networks/Computing leveraging existing knowledge from other sub-disciplines, to examine graph-based models in the context of Ubiquitous applications, and to identify future challenges and issues. This workshop will thus provide a platform for researchers from both theoretical and practical domains of ubiquitous networks to meet and exchange their ideas.

Topics of Interest

Relevant topics include, but are not limited to:

*A Graph-Theoretic model for Architecture of Ubiquitous Network
*Algorithms for scheduling and resource allocation problems
*Algorithms for topology control and power assignment
*Approximation heuristics for NP-complete problems related to Ubiquitous Network
*Connectivity analysis under different mobility models
*Encoding/Decoding on RFID and Sensor Network
*Routing and protocols based on Graph theory
*Security and privacy
*Ubiquitous Network analysis based on Graph theory
*Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks
*Mobility management and handoffs

Workshop Format

We aim for a half-day or full-day workshop (according to the number of accepted submissions). Contributing authors will present their views.

Call for Paper

A submitted paper must be clearly presented in English, must not exceed 6 pages in IEEE style, including tables and figures, and must be formatted in PDF or DOC format. Papers should follow the IEEE double-column format for CUTE. The first page of the paper, centered on the top below the top margin, should include the paper title, the author's name and their affiliations, and an abstract.

You may send one copy in the form of above format file attached to following email agun2010@guet.edu.cn

Extended versions of selected contributions from this workshop will be considered for publication in a Special Issue of JACIII.
