Call for paper CALL for CONTRIBUTED PAPERS

Papers on issues related to service systems and service management are welcome. The papers should be written in English. The first page of each paper must include the following information: title of the paper; name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s); abstract of the paper; postal address, phone and fax numbers, and email address of the corresponding author. Papers will be peer-reviewed for technical merit and content. To be eligible for publication in the conference proceedings, an accepted paper must be presented at the Conference by one of the authors.
