IWCN 2027 – International Workshop on Computational Nanotechnology

IWCN is the leading forum for current trends and future directions in computational nanotechnology, combining electronics, engineering, physics, applied mathematics, chemistry and biology. The series started in 1992 as the International Workshop on Computational Electronics (IWCE) and was renamed IWCN in 2016. The International Wigner Workshop (IWW 2027) is held at the same venue on April 19, 2027.

Topics include:
- Electronic, thermal and spin transport; first-principles calculations for transport
- Advanced CMOS: FinFET, GAA, nanosheet, CFET, oxide-semiconductor and cryogenic CMOS devices
- More-than-Moore devices: photonic, memory, sensor, power, spintronic, bioelectronic, organic/molecular devices
- BEOL components: interconnects, contacts, vias, electromigration
- Low-dimensional channel materials: 2D TMDs, carbon nanotube transistors
- Computing beyond binary: neuromorphic and quantum computing, brain-inspired nanoelectronics

Submission:
Two-stage process. Submit a 2-page abstract (PDF, IEEE conference format) for review; authors of accepted abstracts submit a 4-page final paper. Papers presented at IWCN 2027 will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
