The 2013 IEEE Conference on Open Systems will be held in Kuching, Malaysia on 2nd – 4th December 2013. The conference is organized to invite international delegates to enjoy the Sarawak ; most exotic state in Malaysia and Asia’s best kept secret. Its rainforests are among the oldest in the world, boasting the Rafflesia “a flower the size of a coffee table – snakes that ‘fly’ and bearded monkeys.
We aim to provide an excellent opportunity to share and exchange technologies and applications in the area of Open Systems for professionals, engineers, academics and industrial people worldwide. ICOS 2013 will be sponsored by the IEEE Malaysia Computer Chapter. ICOS 2013 is entered it’s 4th year, the previous conference was successfully organized in Kuala Lumpur in 2010, Langkawi in 2011 and back to Kuala Lumpur in 2012 respectively. * The Proceedings of ICOS historically will be included in the IEEE Xplore database.IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (i.e. removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. The the ICOS 2010, ICOS 2011 and ICOS 2012 Proceedings are available on IEEE Xplore . Papers on original works are solicited from prospective authors.
