The international conference EGOVIS focuses on information systems aspects of e-government. Information systems are a core enabler for electronic government/governance with all its dimensions: e-administration, e-democracy, e-participation and e-voting.

EGOVIS papers should be submitted by researchers and practitioners describing innovative solutions, from an IT standpoint. The conference delivers a platform for a broad discussion, from stakeholders dealing with information systems aspects of electronic government. - Hence it will offer the opportunity to extensive discussions on problems, requirements, and implemented solutions in the field.

EGOVIS 2011 invites paper submissions on all topics of e-government from the information systems perspectives with all its dimensions and peculiarities within the areas of e-democracy, e-participation e-voting and others.
