Molecular Medicine is focused on understanding the molecular and cellular processes which are key to the normal function of the body and those related to the fundamental mechanisms of disease. It is also concerned with the manipulation of these processes to improve the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.

Molecular Medicine places high priority on rapid publication. All content is published free online, ahead of print.

Readers have full-text access, without passwords or login requirements, to all publications dating back to the inaugural issue in November, 1994.
