Double Blind Peer Review:
All submissions must be anonymous. Author names and affiliations should
not appear in the paper’s heading, footnotes, footers, headers, nor acknowledgments.
Furthermore, obvious references to the authors’ works should be avoided.

Page Limits:
Your submission should not exceed six pages in IEEE two-column format
using 10pt font (including figures, tables, and references).
Short papers are limited to four pages.

Single Submission Policy:
The manuscripts should be original and not submitted to other
conferences or journals, as a whole or partially. Submission site:

Abstract submission deadline: April 24th, 2015
Full paper submission deadline: May 1st, 2015
Notification: June 26th, 2015

All accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore (pending).
