With regards to this, techniques related to sustainability, safety & security and complexity of such systems would require a thorough assessment. Moreover, systems lifecycle, uncertainty and efficiency are some of the underlying relevant concepts in strategic engineering. Strategic engineering in the context of software engineering and development is referred to a new paradigm in which the traditional software quality assurance techniques with respect to service and cloud computing, big data analytics, and its quality of service (QoS) are discussed. Make clear emphases on strategic directions and research approach taken in your work. Potential authors should submit an abstract and a full paper on the recommended topic areas but NOT LIMITED to the following themes: Recommended Themed Areas and Topics for Each Theme Theme 1: Systems Lifecycle, Sustainability, Complexity, Safety and Security 1.1. Through-life Systems Sustainment in Computing 1.2. System of Systems (SoS) & Complexity 1.3. Systems Lifecycle and Impact Assessment 1.4. Theoretical Concepts and Models 1.5. Systems Safety & Security Theme 2: Systemic Modelling, Analysis & Design for Cloud Computing & Big Data Analytics 2.1. Approaches to Modelling and Methodologies 2.2.
