The program committee invites the submission of original and unpublished contributions for Inclusion in the workshop. All papers and presentations will be in English. Topics to be dealt with include but are not limited to:

Full papers must be accompanied by an abstract summarizing the contribution the paper makes to the field. Maximum full paper length is 5 pages in two-column IEEE format. All papers will be peer reviewed, and accepted papers will be included in the proceedings.

Authors are also invited to submit short (poster) papers for late-breaking results and for demo presentations. Short papers should be at most 2 pages in two-column IEEE format and the short papers may not be included in the proceedings.
