The principal goal of CCE is to provide a forum for the free discussion and interchange of research and development experiences and ideas in the fields of electrical-electronics, computer science, automatic control.
This conference also offers an opportunity for younger researches and students to meet more experienced colleges from differents parts of the world. The papers, whose high standard will be ensured by a qualified panel of international reviewers, will be published in the conference proceeding, indexed through the IEEE.

This year the conference will take place at the premises of the National Polytechnic Institute (Instituto Politénico Nacional : IPN) in the event of Science and Technology and in this occasion the accepted papers (Under a rigorous review) will not pay registration.
