The theme of the conference is encouragement of upcoming generation into the field of research and indigenous development. The conference will be able to provide a platform for researches, academicians, engineers and end-users of research to share their thoughts and present ideas for future development. Moreover the conference will result in the formation of linkages and partnerships for future endeavors.

The conference would promote research by giving the Best Paper Award, Best Student Paper Award and Student Travel Award. Moreover, the registration fees for the presenters would be reimbursed after presenting the paper in the conference. There are also discounts for early registration and IEEE members. The paper submission would be done through Easy Chair.

Selected papers from the IEEE-IC4, 2013 will be published in relevant journals of International Science and Technology Press (IST-Press). The Proceedings of IEEE-IC4, will be included in IEEE Xplore.
