Papers will be printed in Proceedings on CD-ROM in electronic form and/or in hard copy.
Papers must be submitted in English language only and checked for clarity of expression.
If the papers contains data, images and/or tables taken from other sources, it is understood that the authors requested the appropriate permissions to reproduce data from the corresponding author or publisher, and it is mandatory to quote the source.
Selected high quality papers will be printed in International Journals, which are indexed in Thomson Reuters, Scopus and etc., upon editorial decision.
It is necessary to send paper on max 10 pages until August-25-2017.

The final paper must be camera-ready format in Word by form of papers.

Registration fee for authors and participants is 80, - Euro (proceedings, CD-ROM, other printed materials, cocktails, conference dinner and picnic). The money transfer charge has to be paid by the sender.
