Call For Papers

The International Conference on Wireless and Ubiquitous Systems (ICWUS 2010) will be held October 8-10, 2010 under the theme of "Communications in Wireless Environments and Ubiquitous Systems: New challenges". ICWUS 2010 will focus on a wide spectrum of the state-of-the-art as well as emerging topics pertaining to wireless networks, wireless communications, mobile computing and ubiquitous systems. ICWUS 2010 is seeking to attract high-quality submissions and stimulate cutting-edge research discussions among academic researchers/scientists and industrial engineers/leaders from all around the world.
The objective of ICWUS'10 is to provide a quality international technical forum for experts from industry and academia to exchange ideas and present results of state of the art research on various challenging issues related to wireless networks, wireless communications, mobile computing in relation with ubiquitous systems. Full papers are solicited on a broad of topics related (but not limited) to the following:
• Autonomic Computing
• The Ubiquitous Home and the Internet of Things
• Secure wireless, Ad-hoc Networks
• Supporting Autonomic Wireless routing (ad hoc & mesh)
• Ubiquitous technologies for education, learning, and training
• Sensor networks (Wearable, Ambient, etc.)
• Cooperative applications for ubiquitous networks
• Configuring and reconfiguring ubiquitous systems
• Development tools for user control of ubiquitous systems
• Supporting spontaneous (ad hoc) interactions
• Scalable coordination and synchronization mechanisms for volatile component collections
• The implications of physical-world integration for system design
• Ubiquitous computing support for collaborative learning
• Case studies of deployed systems
• Self-learning adaptive systems
